MDS Energy Solutions has access to most physical traded energy commodity from its HQ in Portugal. The objective going forward is certainly to have a presents in all major operating hubs internationally. Most importantly, as a physical trader of energy commodities we support our clients by helping them meet their demands and needs.

Crude Oil

Crude oil is one of the most important fuel sources and, historically, has contributed to over a third of the world’s energy consumption. The infrastructure needed to support the process of trading must be in place. As a trader, we source crude oil from a variety of counterparties such as National oil Companies (NOC) and supply partners to develop and structure tailored shipment solutions, and if possible specialized finance solutions. We continue to work on expanding its distribution footprint in such geographical regions as Africa, China, India and North America.

Middle Distillates

Middle Distillates typically refers to the following products: jet fuel, heating kerosene, gas and diesel oils, such as marine bunker fuels. Diesel is mainly used for transportation. Heating kerosene is processed for commercial and domestic heating, whereas jet fuel is used to power the engines of commercial and military aircrafts.

MDS Energy Solutions, continues to diversify is product offering and is now able to provide a full range of Middle Distillates products. By working with our trusted production partners, MDS is well position as a sustainable supplier of Middle distillates products.

Storage

As a physical trader of energy products, such as Crude Oil & Middle Distillates, MDS Energy Solutions, is constantly working to improve its logistical infrastructure by collaborating with bulk logistical storage facilities in geographical locations where we have long-term sustainable relationship with end consumers. MDS will always work to facilitate any counterparty with secure storage that will assist them in taking delivery based on an agreed timetable.

Presently, we have organized short-term storage in strategically located facilities in Eastern China and Southern China Ports. These facilities provide a convenient distribution and lifting points for the refineries and end consumers with in that region.
